There seems to have been some problems with the kindle version of the kid with the cubed fro issue you.
I am fixing that problem right now and the improved version (better formatted for the kindle) will be up soon.
Again I am sorry for the error on my part for not formatting the book correctly.
I hope the new version works much better for people.
Don't worry if you already bought the book amazon should update it to the new version when that goes live.
